    Ralena Wilbon

My name is Ralena Wilbon and I love being a medical biller and coder. I began my journey 3 years ago after spending 20 years miserable in the restaurant business. I was at my wits end and decided it was time for a change. I stumbled upon this field and fell in love with it instantly. I never looked back. I know that being CPC certified holds a lot of weight in our field and that is why I want to become certified. I have seen many job postings for coders that I was not able to apply for because I did not have my credentials. Being certified opens many doors and presents opportunities that would otherwise not be available to you. In order for me to reach my ultimate goals in life I must take the plunge and embark on the journey of taking my CPC which I am currently preparing for. I am excited to take this step and I cannot wait to see where this journey will end.
